Dire Straits · This is their debut album.... are you kidding me? · What a way to introduce yourselves to the world. Their first and in my opinion also their best album. · Starts out so strong with Down to the Waterline. Water of Love is also great. I remember being really into those first two tracks when I was growing up and I played them on repeat on a family vacation at Lake Shasta. Good memories and great music! · The rest of the first side of the album is solid. Then, side two is immense.
